Like many people in today’s Britain I was raised by two single parents, my Dad during the week and my Mum at the weekends, and they both did a fantastic job for me and my brother always putting our needs before their own. It’s idiotic to look at the recent riots and blame single parents, the causes are much more deep seated. For every one person who rioted, one hundred helped with the clean-up operation afterwards and many of them would have single parents too
